Our iOS app is still on it's way to perfection. We recently had a download issue problem where users get the error message in the image below...
**Error "CFNetworkDownloadXuTvVM.tmp" couldn't be moved to "Documents" because an item with the same name exists**_
The iOS team are working on this. For now, here's a quick fix tip from our CTO @jude
"User should check if the book is already in his/her MY BOOKS section.
The issue happens when the user clicks the download button more than once very fast and we have a case where we are trying to download twice. It's being fixed.
To resolve, try deleting the book from MY BOOKS and then try to download again. If the book is not showing in my books user should pull down on the screen to to force-refresh."
